Ancel-tool is the BEST; for communication, price, packaging and shipping. Buying a diagnostic scanner is tricky for a DIY mechanic because different scanners offer vastly different features. Ancel-tool customer service answered all my questions quickly and accurately and I ended up with the tool I needed. The only downside was selection of UPS for delivery. That company has deteriorated lately - or maybe not kept up with FedEx or the post office. Tracking is a joke; packages sit for days.
