I got the Eufy 25c, it has Wi-Fi and a nice app with a nice selection of settings and options. Set up was easy and charging was fast, it picks up well and finds its ways around the edges of things well, I haven’t tried all of the settings yet and just used medium vacuum suction power, but I was still happy with the result. It may not be the highest tier or smartest model but it’s a solid budget vacuum. Also Anker Outlet seller is quite reasonable and ready to assist with questions and concerns.

    Great!! Love it!

    This was the first refurbished item I’ve purchased off eBay and am very happy with it! I have really bad allergies and was looking for something to help with extra pet hair pick up and it works beautifully! I knocked off one star bc I can’t get the app to work and the brushes get knocked off slightly easy when it moves from hardwood to my rug - rug is very thin. Otherwise, I’m extremely satisfied with this!

    Overall great product with just one, small issue

    Overall, we do like this product - it does a good job of collecting the dirt/dust that accumulates every day (we were very surprised at how much it gets on a daily basis). That being said, there is one annoying feature - every so often (about once a month), the app 'forgets' the device and it needs to be re-added. Overall, though, we will probably look at this product when we need another.

    Excellent vaccum machine. lots of suction and power.

    We run this around the walls of our entire house every day. Never realized how much dirt and animal hair was accumulating until we started using this amazing machine. We have two friends planning to buy one after watching ours.

    Simple Device Works Great

    Simple to use and a simple design. But elaborate room mapping isn't really necessary to vacuum a room. (Just ask Rodney Brooks.) Messaging to my phone when it has a problem is a real plus. Setting up the wifi connection was a little involved but that's OK. It's nice to have that wifi connection to monitor the vac's progress and charge. And it even goes home on it's own. Great buy!

    Like it. Don't love it. Sometimes pluses. Some negatives.

    Like this Eufy model but do not love it. Is a bit quirky. Does have decent suction. Battery charge lasts long enough. Has multiple buttons on top that are easy to push by mistake. Is louder than 11S model. Dust bin is hard to push back in. Spin brushes are snap in that is a plus. Previous ones in 11S model were screw in.
