The item arrived quickly delivered by FedEx, not cheapie USPS. It was very well packed. Major surprise, the vendor said it was refurbished and it was a lie! It was brand new with the item showing zero wear and tear. After charging it worked beautifully. To me this was a steal. Incidentally, I bought another on eBay, same brand refurbished, It also looked brand new, I am happy with it. My advice, buy it, buy it, buy it!

Very decent robot for a good price. Nicely packaged and shipped quickly. Item refurbished as described. Had only slight markings on the top plastic portion. Received a beige unit which was a plus. Wife loves her Roomba so I am happy. Will probably upgrade soon to a model that does slightly more, but overall very pleased with purchase.

    Useful little thing

    I waited for a few days before writing the review. Short version: It does what is meant for, it does it very well and I'd recommend it, but a few caveats to keep in mind. PROS: Cleans VERY well, specially pet hair. I tested vacuuming before using it, it keeps finding pet hair. The app is helpful to set up the Roomba, and find it, The dogs don't hate it. My dogs bark and/or bite the vacuums. Not this one. At first they were curious, but after 1 minute they just ignore it. Cleans under furniture that you'd miss with the vacuum. Battery life and self parking :) CONS: Noisier than I expected. Is it annoying like a vacuum? Not at all, but is not silent as I imagined. In other words: I wouldn't use it while I'm sleeping. The canister is smallish, so if you have pets, it will fill up quickly ...

    I want instructions in my hands!!!

    Not happy that vacuum arrives in box with not one bit of instructions..no owner's manual..no operating manual...NOTHING!!! I realize I am "old fashioned" as I want instructions in my hands...not on the computer, phone, etc. The Roomba is still sitting in charge station as have no idea if there are instructions on setup,etc

    Works good

    The robot works great. The only thing that I don't like is that when you take the little dirt bin out, some of the dirt falls on the ground. I then have to vacuum the little pile. You would think it should have a lip on the inside to hold all dirt in.

    Great Vacuum for the price!

    Great starter robot vacuum! I use it every day. You do need to empty the vacuum dust bin each time it is finished. Only issue I have is my dogs have long hair and it does get stuck in the dust bin.

    Great vac, solid investment

    I couldn't believe how well this is working. Works great does everything they say it does. Only 1 con, the robot dirt storage seems to fill fast. This could just be how bad I cleaned previously.Will know in the coming weeks.
